The 4-minute roll & sweep technique is the most up-to-date scientific method.

as follows;

with a medium or soft brush, for 4 minutes (a long time in front of the mirror)

* on the lip side of the teeth;

place the brush at a 45-degree angle to where the tooth and gum meet. Make 10 rolls and 2 sweeps from the gum to the tooth. Then move to the side 1 brush length. 10 rolls then 2 sweeps. Brush the surfaces of all teeth facing the lip side, upper and lower.

* on the tongue and palate side of the teeth;

make 2 sweeps for each tooth by pressing lightly. Hold the brush upright on the front teeth. The sweep should be one-way. It should definitely not be back and forth, in other words, it should be from the gum to the tooth.

* on chewing surfaces;

finally, you can do the classic back and forth :)

* finally, extend your tongue forward and sweep from the very back to the outside in one direction, not too many times, 2-3 times.

that's it.

note : do not use mouthwashes, especially those containing alcohol.

note 2 : if you can floss 2-3 times a week with the right technique, it would be great.
